Scorpion Team Diving

Scorpion Pre Team 1-2 Days per week
Divers training in the Lessons program will begin taking steps towards competition. This group will also support divers that aren't ready to commit to the rigors of the Junior Olympic lifestyle. Divers will be required to attend local novice diving competitions. Coaching Fees

Scorpion Team 3-4 Days per week
Divers training 4 days per week have intentions of eventually reaching their potential in the sport and are taking steps towards competing at the Junior Olympic level. These divers will have the option to train in the "Elite" group once the Diver, Parents and Coaches determine readiness. These divers will compete in ALL local meets in addition to several outside the county. Parents realize that all diving meets require travel, housing expenses and are prepared to follow through with all competition committments. Coaching Fees


Elite Divers 5-6 Days per week
Divers who participate in the Elite group have the highest level of commitment to their diving progess and success. Divers limit outside commitments.This group travels for both AAU and USA Diving competitions. The Fall Schedule is very EASY to keep up with. The Spring and Summer Meet requirements are extensive. Elite divers spend, on average, 3 days per week in the drygym and 3 days in the water, year round. Additional Conditioning and Private Belt workouts will be required in addition to the 6 days per week. Coaches, Divers and Parents are focused on United States Diving Spring and Summer Regional Championship success. In addition to these meets we will follow through and advance to Zone and National Championships regardless of seeding. Coaching Fees
