| Scorpion
Coaches During the Fall we rebuild skills and improve on voluntary dives. Beginners enjoy having a minute to catch their breath before the competitive season begins in March. We touch on optional dives during the Fall but will not repeat them in great numbers. We also stabilize the body and prepare it for 6 weeks of conditioning during the winter months.
